Supported Living
Supported living is a service that supports individuals with a wide range of needs to maintain independence in their own home. Supported living is able to provide individuals with the choice and control of taking care of their own finances and tenancy.
Complex Needs
Complex needs care provides support to individuals with two or more needs that affect their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Complex needs can include working with individuals who suffer from mobility issues and/or those who display behaviours that challenge.
Mental Health
Mental health provisions support vulnerable individuals suffering with mental health issues. Types of service users that may need support could be those who suffer with bipolar, personality disorders, substance misuse, dementia among others.
Nursing / Residential Homes
Residential homes provide 24 hour care to vulnerable individuals in a home setting. Care provided could include supporting with personal care, dressing, feeding and accessing the community. Nursing homes Provide 24 hour care to individuals that would require supervision by a qualified nurse.
Crisis Intervention
Crisis intervention supports individuals who are at crisis point who require urgent support where their actions and behaviours may cause harm to themselves or others around them. This could be a result of a mental health issue or a mental break down caused by trauma.
