Key Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists in delivering personalised treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Monitor, record, and document patient progress accurately

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and recovery progress

• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams

• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant licence (or eligibility to obtain)

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programme

• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach

• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
