Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are seeking reliable, compassionate Home Health Aides / Caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered care in clients’ homes. In this role, you’ll help clients maintain dignity, independence, and comfort by assisting with everyday tasks and providing supportive companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and household chores to maintain a safe environment.

• Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance as needed.

• Follow individualized care plans and report client progress or changes to supervisors.

• Provide compassionate companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to clients and their families.

• Adhere to all safety, privacy, and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or related field is an asset.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient-centered, and dependable approach to care.
