Built on real recruitment experience

Support Ethics was founded by Sean Arundel, who has worked in recruitment since 2015 and moved into healthcare staffing soon after. Over the years he progressed from full-cycle recruitment consultant to team manager, leading and training teams of consultants and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.

After establishing the company's roots in the UK, Sean now leads its expansion in the United States from our Winter Garden, Florida head office — bringing a hands-on, standards-first approach and a genuine belief that great care starts with the right people.
