How do I apply for a role?
Find a role on our Jobs page and click Apply, or email your résumé to contact@support-ethics.com. We aim to respond quickly.
What types of work do you offer?
Per diem, contract and permanent roles across nursing and care settings in Central Florida — so you can choose the flexibility or stability that suits you.
What roles do you place?
Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA), along with related care staff.
Do I need a Florida license or certification?
Yes — an active Florida license or certification for your role, plus current BLS where required. If you're unsure what you need, get in touch and we'll help.
How and when do I get paid?
Per diem and contract roles are paid weekly. We confirm exactly what a role pays before you start — transparency is one of our core values.
Which areas do you cover?
Central Florida — Orlando and surrounding cities including Clermont, Kissimmee, Sanford and Winter Haven — with plans to expand across the state.

How does pricing work?
