How We Vet Every Professional: Inside Our Compliance Process
July 2, 2026 · Support Ethics
When you bring in agency staff, you’re trusting someone else’s screening with your residents’ safety and your facility’s reputation. That’s a lot to hand over — which is why, at Support Ethics, compliance is the one thing we will never compromise on. Every professional we place is the final checkpoint before care is delivered, and we treat it that way.
Here’s what “fully vetted” actually means with us.
1. License & credential verification
Every candidate’s professional license or certification is verified as active and in good standing for the role and the state of Florida — RN, LPN, CNA or HHA. We check it at the source, not just take a copy at face value, and we track expiry dates so nothing lapses mid-placement.
2. Background & reference checks
We run background screening and confirm work history through references. We want to know not just that someone is qualified, but that they’re dependable and professional — the kind of person you’d be glad to see walk through the door.
3. Right-to-work & identity
Identity and eligibility to work are confirmed for every candidate. No exceptions, no assumptions.
4. Skills, experience & fit
Qualifications are the baseline. We also match for setting and experience — a nurse suited to long-term care isn’t automatically the right fit for behavioral health — so the person who arrives is genuinely ready to contribute.
5. Audit-ready records, always
Everything above is documented and kept audit-ready in our systems. If a surveyor asks, the paperwork is complete and current. 100% documentation, no expired documents, no shortcuts — that’s the standard, every time.
Why it matters
Cutting corners on compliance is how facilities end up with the wrong person on the floor, failed surveys, and broken trust. Our process exists so that the only thing you have to think about is the care — not whether the person delivering it is who they say they are.
That’s what we mean by staffing built on transparency, respect and outcomes.
