About the role
Our Winter Garden head office runs on great organization, and we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to be at the center of it. You’ll provide the day-to-day support that keeps our recruitment, compliance and management teams moving — the kind of dependable, behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible.
What you’ll do
- Manage daily administrative tasks: scheduling, email communication and document handling
- Support timesheet processing, payroll documentation and invoicing coordination
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry and well-organized filing systems
- Provide operational support to the recruitment, compliance and management teams
What we’re looking for
- Highly organized, accurate and reliable, with great attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping everything on track
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Confident with everyday office software and quick to learn new systems
- Prior administrative, office-support or coordination experience is a plus
