About the role
We’re recruiting a permanent Behavioral Health RN for a respected provider in Orlando. This is a chance to bring calm, consistency and clinical excellence to an inpatient psychiatric unit — and to grow with an organization that invests in its people.
What you’ll do
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to behavioral-health patients
- Conduct assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans
- Use de-escalation and therapeutic communication techniques
- Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers and the wider care team
What we’re looking for
- Active Florida RN license (or compact)
- Experience in psychiatric / behavioral health preferred
- BLS (CPI / de-escalation training a plus)
- Resilience, empathy and excellent judgement
