About the role

The Compliance & Onboarding function protects our business, our clients and the service users in their care. Every candidate must be fully compliant before they are allowed to work — which makes this the final checkpoint before we deliver for a client, and one of the most important roles in the company.

Based at our Winter Garden, Florida head office, you’ll take ownership of candidate files from application through to fully-cleared and ready-to-work, keeping everything accurate, current and audit-ready at all times.

What you’ll do

  • Verify candidate licenses, certifications, references and right-to-work documentation
  • Conduct background screening and ensure compliance with Florida regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance records in the CRM (Mobile Rocket)
  • Track document validity, renewals and expiry dates — no expired documents, ever
  • Approve candidates for placement only upon full compliance
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to keep the pipeline moving without cutting corners
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout onboarding

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable taking ownership of compliance decisions — and never bypassing process
  • Highly organized, accurate and accountable, with strong document-control habits
  • Clear, professional communicator
  • Experience in healthcare compliance, onboarding, HR or credentialing is an advantage
