Position Overview

Support Ethics is recruiting an experienced Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract with a respected healthcare provider in Orlando, Florida. This opportunity offers a stable 4×10 day-shift schedule, competitive weekly pay, and the chance to work within a high-performing cardiac services team.

This role is ideal for Cath Lab RNs who are confident supporting complex cardiac procedures and want strong clinical backing throughout their travel assignment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Cath Lab RN, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures

  • Monitor hemodynamics and support moderate sedation practices

  • Assist cardiologists during procedures such as angiograms, stent placements, pacemaker insertions, and ablations

  • Maintain sterile technique and ensure Cath Lab equipment is prepared and functioning correctly

  • Work collaboratively with cardiologists, technologists, and the wider cardiac team

  • Complete thorough pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure monitoring and education

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

  • Adapt quickly and integrate into a fast-paced Cath Lab environment


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN license or valid Compact RN license

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications

  • Minimum of 2 years recent Cath Lab experience

  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

  • Professional, adaptable approach to travel assignments
