About the role
Take control of your schedule. Support Ethics is growing its per diem pool of Licensed Practical Nurses for skilled-nursing and assisted-living facilities across Winter Haven and Haines City. Work as much or as little as you like — with transparent pay and a team that respects your time.
What you’ll do
- Provide direct nursing care under the direction of the RN / charge nurse
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ conditions
- Document accurately and communicate changes promptly
- Support residents with dignity and compassion
What we’re looking for
- Active Florida LPN license
- Long-term care or skilled-nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Reliability and a genuine care-first attitude
