About the role
Support Ethics Healthcare is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our head office in Winter Garden, Florida. This is a commercial, people-first role at the heart of our business: building relationships, creating opportunities, and generating the conversations that connect healthcare providers with the professionals they need.
You won’t just be making calls — you’ll be building a desk: a pipeline, a set of target accounts, a follow-up rhythm, and a habit of consistent, professional action. The more disciplined the desk, the more predictable the results.
What you’ll do
- Prospect for new business and speak with decision-makers at healthcare providers
- Understand each client’s staffing pain points and qualify real opportunities
- Position our value clearly — quality, responsiveness, compliance and commercial sense
- Source, screen and place healthcare professionals across per diem, contract and permanent roles
- Book meetings, follow up professionally and persistently, and keep momentum
- Maintain accurate notes, next steps and pipeline discipline in the CRM
What we’re looking for
- Commercially aware, curious, persistent and process-driven
- Confident, friendly and direct on the phone — prepared, not scripted
- A great listener who can control a conversation without being forceful
- Organised, reliable and disciplined about follow-up and CRM standards
- Recruitment, sales or healthcare-staffing experience is a plus (not essential — we train the right attitude)
What’s on offer
- $47,500 per year salary
- A structured first-30-days training plan and a clear path to progress
- Supportive, values-driven team grounded in transparency, respect and outcomes
- Winter Garden, FL head office within the Orlando metro
- The chance to help build something from the ground up
We win by being easy to deal with, commercially sharp and reliable. If you promise information, you send it. If you book a meeting, you confirm it.
