About the role
We’re recruiting a permanent Registered Nurse for a well-regarded long-term care facility in Sanford, just north of Orlando. If you’re looking to put down roots with a stable schedule, full benefits and a team that values continuity of care, this is a great fit.
What you’ll do
- Oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments and supervise CNAs / LPNs
- Partner with families and the multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Active Florida RN license (or compact)
- Long-term care or skilled-nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong leadership, communication and clinical judgement
