About the role

Support Ethics is partnering with a leading acute-care facility in Orlando to place an experienced Registered Nurse on a med-surg contract. You’ll join a supportive unit that values continuity of care and treats agency staff as part of the team from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on a fast-paced med-surg unit
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • Active Florida RN license (or compact / eligible for endorsement)
  • Minimum 1–2 years recent med-surg experience
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
